Terms and Conditions

  • HP Fastlane is a prepaid Fuel Management program for convenience in payment of fuel purchases and efficient management of fuel consumption. This HP Fastlane program is operated by AGS Transact Technologies Limited ("AGS TTL") in association with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (HPCL).
  • The word "Tag" refers to HP Fastlane® Fuel Tag which is either a Customer Tag or Vehicle Tag (collectively hereinafter referred to as "Fuel Tag" which can come in various form factors) and the word "Program" refers to HP Fastlane® Fuel Management program (hereinafter referred to as “HP Fastlane® Program”) operated by AGS TTL.
  • The word "HP Fastlane App" refers to Fastlane Fuel App (available on Playstore and App store) which is used to load money in the prepaid wallet and link the Fuel Tag of the vehicle.
  • "Member" means an Individual which is a member of HP Fastlane® Program after enrolment with the approval of AGS TTL.
  • Fastlane® is a registered trademark of AGS TTL and hence is the property of AGS TTL. AGS TTL reserves the rights and authority related to usage of the trademark and the Fuel Tag program.
  • Terms & Conditions listed herein are liable to change at the discretion of AGS TTL without any prior notice.
  • AGS TTL may modify, terminate and/or suspend the HP Fastlane ® Program to any Customer anytime with or without prior notice, due to any changes in internal policies, rules, regulations and laws set by relevant authorities/regulators.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

  • This campaign is open to all existing Members and new applicants who are meeting the criteria for enrolment. The mere registration under the Fastlane Program shall imply participation in the campaign. By participating under this campaign, Customers are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein.
  • Customers can download the HP Fastlane App through Google Play / Apple Store and sign up or sign up on the web portal www.agsfastlane.com (“Web Portal”). The customers are advised to go through Terms & Conditions.
  • This campaign is applicable on purchase of Petrol, Power, Diesel, TurboJet through the HP Fastlane ® Program.
  • This campaign will commence at 00:00 hours on February 27, 2020 and closes at 23:59 hours on May 31, 2020.
  • A one-time reward of Rs. 100/- for first time enrolment will be credited to Member’s wallet in the form of Fastlane cash upon adding a minimum of Rs. 1000 to the wallet in a single transaction. This will automatically be redeemed in the next fuelling transaction with no limits applicable.
  • Customers can get additional Rs 50/- worth of free fuel through the referral option. The reward of Rs. 50/- for a referral will be credited after the referred customer uses the invite or referral code, and does 1 successful fuelling using the HP Fastlane ® Program. The reward will be credited as Fastlane cash and can be utilised as mentioned above. Each customer can earn a referral bonus up to 10 referrals.
  • Rs 100 worth of free fuel will be given in the form of Reward Points called Fastlane cash (1 Fastlane cash = 1 Rs) in the HP Fastlane App, as soon as the customer successfully registers in Fastlane.
  • Members will get 0.75%* of cashback (includes Government digital incentive/subsidy) on every fuel purchase with HP Fastlane ® Program. If the Govt. of India withdraws this subsidy, then the cashback will be reduced subsequently. The cashback will automatically be redeemed in the next fuelling transaction with no limits applicable.
  • This cashback offer can be changed by AGS TTL at its sole discretion at any point of time and without giving any notice to the Members. It shall be the responsibility of the Members to check the latest cashback offers in the HP Fastlane App and on the Web Portal.
  • When loading the wallet balance using a credit card, some banks may levy a surcharge as per prevailing regulations directives. AGS TTL will not be liable to bear this charge or reverse the same.
  • No requests for refunds or conversion of the points to cash will be addressed and/ or entertained by AGS TTL.
  • In case of forgotten User Name / Password, customers are requested to click Forgot Password to generate User Name and Password.
  • AGS TTL shall not be liable for problems faced by the customers, including but not limited to any delay in transaction or loss of transaction data or any issue in prepaid transaction through the Fuel Tag while using Fastlane Tag and/ or HP Fastlane App on account of poor or bad or no network connection or due to any other reason including but not limited to power loss, network connectivity, etc. though reasonable attempts will be made to rectify the issue.
  • Fuel at petrol pumps will also be available for purchase without participation in this campaign.
  • Disputes, if any with regards to the HP Fastlane App and Fastlane Tag, will be subject to Indian laws. AGS TTL shall undertake reasonable efforts to resolve such disputes directly with the Member. In case such disputes are not resolved amicably then the parties may approach the courts. The courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in regard to the above mentioned disputes.
  • AGS TTL reserves the right to change, amend, extend, suspend, terminate and cancel the campaign or any part thereof without any prior notice or giving any reasons. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of the campaign shall not entitle any of the customers to any claim or compensation against AGS TTL for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the customers as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  • AGS TTL reserves the right to reject any transactions which are found to be suspicious and the same will not be considered for calculating campaign rewards.
  • Participation in the campaign will be treated as void wherever such campaigns are prohibited under local laws.
  • The decisions of AGS TTL regarding this campaign are final, binding and non-contestable. No queries, clarifications and suggestions will be entertained on the modality of calculation of reward points which would be entirely at the discretion of AGS TTL.

Membership and Enrolment

  • Any business entity or individual with a fleet size of minimum 1 vehicle can enrol into the HP Fastlane ® Program. Corporate customers with fuel requirement for their vehicles and / or employees can also enrol into this program.
  • Enrolment is free of cost per Vehicle. Tag in the form of a RFID Sticker or Key chain will be issued to the customer as per the program requirements. In case of a damaged tag, re-issuance can be done on the payment of Rs 100 per tag per customer.
  • Any Member who is an individual registered under HP Fastlane ® Program must be above18 years of age.
  • The fleet of a customer can comprise all types of motor vehicles but the tag for the customer shall be vehicle specific.
  • The HP Fastlane ® Program can be used for the purchase of fuel available at participating HPCL fuel outlets. Fastlane may not be available at all outlets in the city, and AGS TTL or HPCL will not be liable if Fastlane is not available at the outlet of your choice.
  • Membership to the HP Fastlane ® Program is at the sole discretion of AGS TTL. AGS TTL reserves the right to grant or refuse or revoke membership to the HP Fastlane ® Program.
  • Applicants will receive their Tags at participating HPCL fuel outlets on request or through the ‘Request Tag’ feature in the mobile app.
  • In case of loss of Tag, replacement Tag can be issued on payment of Rs. 100 per Tag.
  • All Tags come with security feature. All customers mobile numbers are validated with an One Time Password (OTP) sent to the registered mobile number.
  • The loss of the Tag or change in mobile number should be immediately reported to the Customer Care Centre (Contact Number : 1800 266 3278) which will arrange to hotlist the tag/wallet. However, HPCL and AGS TTL will not be liable for any misuse whatsoever during the interim period.
  • Any liability arising out of a Tag loss, misuse or out of sharing User Mobile-PIN/password, or web login password/ web PIN consciously or otherwise, would render the member liable for all the losses for which the Member agrees that neither HPCL nor AGS TTL will be liable for the same.
  • Recall of the Mobile No. and M- PIN, web login and password is the Member’s responsibility. AGS TTL must be intimated in writing/email, following which it will disable the old mobile number and issue a new one.
  • AGS TTL and HPCL will not be responsible for any communication not received by a Member.
  • Membership for HP Fastlane ® Program is valid for min. 1 year from the date of enrolment. Renewal of membership to the HP Fastlane ® program is at the sole discretion of AGS TTL.
  • The HP Fastlane ® Program will be in operation till such time as AGS TTL decides to terminate the program at anytime, with or without notice.
  • Information provided by the Members during the registration process can be used by HPCL and AGS TTL for marketing activities for which the Member hereby provides an approval.
  • Members with attached vehicles / aggregators shall indemnify AGS TTL and HPCL against any claim of whatsoever nature raised by the owners of the vehicle.
  • AGS TTL shall not be liable for any loss/ damage caused to the Member due to the vehicle tag not being mounted properly.
  • AGS TTL would not be responsible for unavailability of fuel stock, electricity, etc. at participating HPCL outlets.
  • AGS TTL does not calibrate or measure the quantity and quality of fuel at participating HPCL outlets. Hence, AGS TTL would not be responsible for any liability arising out of quantity and quality of the fuel at participating HPCL outlet.
  • All communication will be e-mailed to the Member’s registered Email ID as per record given at the time of enrolment in the HP Fastlane® Program. Members are advised to keep their contact details updated.
  • Email/Mobile Alerts/ Whatsapp/ app notifications will be made as per AGS TTL’s policy on the same, which will be subject to applicable norms. AGS TTL shall not be responsible for any delay/failure of such communications.

Use of Fastlane

  • The prepaid wallet must be loaded by members through the HP Fastlane App and/or Web Portal.
  • Various limits applicable on purchases & other transactions through the Tags will be as decided by AGS TTL in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Use of Account

  • Every member is issued a prepaid wallet and as many Tags as the number of vehicles applied for enrolment in the program in respect of that member.
  • The prepaid wallet can be recharged through the Payment Gateway linked to Fastlane program.
  • A transaction fee may be charged on prepaid wallet loading and will be decided by AGS TTL from time to time. Members are advised to refer to the Terms & Conditions for more details.
  • In any case at any point of time, the amount loaded on to the Fastlane prepaid wallet will not be refunded by AGS TTL/ HPCL.
  • Wallet balance cannot be refunded or encashed at any time, it has to be used against fuel purchases at the participating HPCL outlet only.
  • At no point of time the balance in the wallet be credited back into the bank account.
  • This is a prepaid program (closed loop) run by AGS TTL in association with HPCL and all money will be retained in the HPCL Drive Track Plus Account. No money is handled by AGS TTL under this program.
  • Members can use “Add Money” option to recharge the account. The minimum reload amount is Rs. 100. The amount loaded on to the Tag is a payment towards future purchases at participating HPCL fuel outlets.
  • Money can also be added through NEFT / RTGS / IMPS by requesting virtual account details from the Fastlane helpdesk. Customers are required to add Rs. 100/- amount to test the facility before adding larger amounts.
  • AGS TTL or HPCL will not be responsible for any loss due to incorrect details entered by the customer.

Accrual of Reward Points and Redemption

  • The currency of the reward program is called Fastlane cash.
  • Fastlane cash will be earned as per HP Fastlane ® Program rules, which can change at any time on sole discretion of AGS TTL.
  • Fastlane cash will be automatically redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the HP Fastlane ® Program.
  • Fastlane cash will be valid for 60 days from the date of earning or depending on the campaign terms and conditions, whichever is less, that will be communicated to the customer through T&C update notifications.
  • Fastlane Cash cannot be exchanged for cash at any point of time. These may only be redeemed for fuel at participating HPCL fuel outlets.
  • Members cannot transfer, sell or assign Fastlane cash or benefits to any other person or entity in violation of Fastlane ® Program rules. AGS TTL will be free to take any action as it may deem fit in such cases.
  • In case a Member has not been credited with Fastlane cash for any transaction, he or she must inform AGS TTL in writing, enclosing the original charge slip of the transaction.
  • AGS TTL reserves the right to add, change or cancel any redemption option / terms and conditions without prior notice at any point of time.

General T & Cs

  • The list of participating HPCL fuel outlets may change at any point of time, without any prior notice. However, the latest list will be available in the HP Fastlane App and Web Portal. Fastlane service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical or other reasons and Members can reach our helpline numbers for information and support.
  • AGS TTL can discontinue Fastlane membership of any Member who violates the terms and conditions of the program or misuses this service, including redemption of rewards. AGS TTL also reserves the right to discontinue membership of any member whose actions are inconsistent with local or state laws, statutes or ordinances. In such cases, members will lose all accumulated Fastlane cash as well as rewards, benefits and privileges associated with the program.
  • AGS TTL reserves the right to interpret the HP Fastlane ® Program rules at its sole discretion.
  • HP Fastlane ® Program rules can be changed, modified or deleted by AGS TTL at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of Fastlane or rewards already accumulated.
  • The HP Fastlane ® Program rules do not constitute a contractual relationship between AGS TTL and the Members.
  • The HP Fastlane ® Program rules cannot be construed as establishing an agency, partnership or joint venture between AGS TTL and the Members.
  • AGS TTL expects every Member to be knowledgeable about the program rules and the Fastlane cash in his or her account. Members may be advised on matters of interest, including notification of HP Fastlane ® Program changes and sale/purchase statements from time to time.
  • In case of cancellation of the Membership for any reason whatsoever, no amount, which is accumulated in the Member’s account, is refundable.
  • Terms and conditions of the HP Fastlane ® Program are governed by the laws of the Republic of India and will be restricted to the Mumbai jurisdiction under the Mumbai Court.
  • AGS TTL does not take liability for any inaccuracies in data pertaining to location, pricing and hours of operation for HPCL outlets communicated through the HP Fastlane App or the Web Portal.
  • Fastlane mobile app may require certain permissions with user consent to fully utilize the application features.
  • For all program related fees and charges user will have to refer the Terms & Conditions.
  • The right to deduct the prepaid wallet balance in case of non-payment to merchant against cash transaction adjustment shall remain with AGS TTL.
  • Query resolution turnaround time will be 72 hours excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • AGS TTL reserves the right to collect and analyse the data to improve the product and services of Fastlane.
  • AGS TTL makes no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, with respect to the services provided through the Fastlane ® Program.
