Fastlane is based on a RFID based platform that recognizes users via the Vehicle Tags and ensures the right kind and quantity of fuel is dispensed into the correct vehicle.
A Vehicle Tag is issued to the registered consumers of Fastlane. This Vehicle Tag is installed around the fuel tank inlet of the vehicle.
The registered consumer needs to download the Fastlane mobile application from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Once downloaded, the user needs to create an account by entering personal & vehicle details into the mobile application.
The Vehicle Tag is then linked to the individual’s account created on the mobile application. The data is securely encoded with relevant vehicle data that was fed into the mobile application for each individual vehicle. The user needs to top-up the Fastlane app and visit the nearest HPCL Fastlane Fuel Pump to fuel up.
Once the fuel dispenser nozzle comes into contact with the Vehicle Tag, the system automatically identifies the vehicle and the right kind and quantity of fuel is dispensed into the vehicle.
Once the fuelling is complete, the money is automatically deducted from the Fastlane app.

The Vehicle Tags are designed to be installed on all types of cars, buses and trucks regardless of the make, size or vehicle tank capacity.
All Fastlane transactions are secured with encryption at every stage with the highest level of implemented network security. The Vehicle Tag is a tamper proof technology that self-destructs upon tampering. Hence, Fastlane is a completely safe, full proof method of fuelling.

There is no maximum limit to loading (topping up) Fastlane mobile app.

The solution is such that you are debited only after the fuelling is complete. Hence it is different than traditional debit & credit cards. In the extreme event that you might be debited twice, please email us at support@agsfastlane.com or call at the Fastlane toll free number 1800 266 3278 between 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays & Government holidays).
Please check with your bank if the transaction was successful. In case the transaction is unsuccessful, the money will be credited back into your bank account.
Currently you can use the Fastlane wallet only at select HPCL Fastlane Fuel pumps for fuelling.
You don’t have to worry at all. No one will be able to access your Fastlane mobile application without entering the password/MPIN. Further, only the vehicle fitted with the Vehicle Tag assigned to your account can accept payments and fuelling, hence, no one will be able to use access the wallet to fuel other vehicles.
However, for security reasons inform us immediately by emailing us at support@agsfastlane.com or calling our customer care toll free number – 1800 266 3278. Your Fastlane wallet will be blocked immediately.

The Vehicle Tag cannot be removed from the tagged vehicle for use on any other vehicle. The Vehicle Tags are tamper proof. The Vehicle Tag will self-destruct on any attempt of removing the tag from the vehicle.
